On the occasion of her retirement, join us on Thursday, February 15 for an uplifting evening as we recognize ACLU of Maryland Executive Director Susan Goering and her unwavering commitment to equitable education funding, fair housing, and criminal justice reform.
The special evening will feature many speakers talking about Susan's commitment to equality and social justice, including Judge Robert Wilkins, Dr. Alvin Thornton, and the ACLU of Maryland's Legal Director, Deborah Jeon, and General Counsel, Andrew Freeman. The event will also feature a video honoring Susan's legacy from Wide Angle Youth Media. The event is free to attend.
